Your responsibilities as an individual companion (m/f/d):

Support the child in their daily kindergarten routine according to their individual needs
Accompany them during activities and outings
Assist with communication with educators
Collaborate with parents and educators
Help manage crisis situations
Promote the child's socialemotional skills
Perform caregiving tasks
Support the child's integration into the kindergarten group
Foster the child's longterm independence in daily life

Requirements - how to convince us:

You are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
You are socially engaged and enjoy supporting others

You have previous experience working with children and adolescents with or without disabilities, or at least have an interest in gaining experience in this field / You have previous pedagogical experience or have worked with children and adolescents with or without disabilities
