The E-commerce sector is the growth field of the PTH group. Join us and accompany us in the transformation from a pure retailer to the trade company of the future.

As a working student, you will support our team in the area of customer experience management.

Since we are still in the process of building our team and department, we need your support, especially in the areas of structural development, data analysis, and concept development.

In addition to driving the social media activities of our stores, we are also working on building an online store.

In this role, you will participate in idea generation, evaluation of suitable touchpoints for paid media activities, and ultimately coordination and implementation.

You will also be the point of contact for our stores and coordinate their inquiries.

You are the perfect fit for us if you:

Handle and coordinate marketing requests from our brand stores
Conduct market, customer/audience, and touchpoint analyses
Report on marketing activities (primarily social media, across touchpoints)
Support us in analyzing, expanding, and managing the social media presence of our stores
Assist in setting up and monitoring social media paid campaigns

These skills will make you stand out:

Familiarity with presentation programs such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and Pitch
Experience with content creation skills, such as photography, videography, editing, image editing, and writing
Proficient in German spelling and grammar
Good written and spoken English skills
