Customer Success Specialist (f/m/d)


As a key member of our Customer Support Team, the Customer Success Specialist will work directly with our Climate FieldView customers, providing exceptional service through direct and indirect interactions.


The CSS will be responsible for driving customer success with Climate FieldView by offering strong support for any customer inquiries, providing recommendations for product usage, assisting with data ingestion, and delivering training on platform features.

Within the Bayer organization, the CSS will act as a liaison between different departments to drive established ventures and ongoing projects.


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become proficient in all Climate FieldView product functionality, understanding features, benefits, and how they add value to our customers' operations
  • Represent Climate FieldView in a professional manner consistent with our brand
  • Ensure customer success and a positive experience by providing bestinclass support and offering training and recommendations for product usage and new features
