Your contribution:

  • As part of our documentation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive highquality product information about our pharmacy software and industryspecific changes.
  • Creating new online help and product descriptions in English.
  • Reviewing documentation for content, completeness, and compliance before publication.
  • Integrating text, images, and layouts into the online help system.
  • Close collaboration and coordination with the (Englishspeaking) product management team regarding content, design, and format of the online help.

What you bring:

  • You have completed training as a technical writer or a similar field.
  • Or you have a degree (e.g. in technology, media, education) or a comparable qualification.
  • Or you are a career changer with an affinity for creating product descriptions in English from a technical, commercial, or pharmaceutical background.
  • Ideally, you already have knowledge in the pharmacy sector.
  • Knowledge of tools for creating online help (e.g. MadCap Flare) is an advantage.
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and excellent written expression.
