Financial Aid Director

Location:
St. Johns, AZ

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

Master's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience at the Director or Associate Director level
Demonstrated leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of federal financial aid regulations and reporting requirements
Ability to streamline processes for efficiency
Understanding of federal and state regulations for student services operations
Strong problemsolving skills
Budget management experience
Familiarity with enterprise systems and related software used in student services
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Commitment to providing outstanding service to students
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Manage and allocate federal, state, and institutional funds in compliance with regulations
Prepare and submit all required reports
Lead the Financial Aid staff in improving services for students
Supervise daily operations of the Financial Aid Office
