Description
Georgetown is not only one of the most important mobility service providers, but also one of the largest engineering firms in Germany. Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not enough. As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or monitor something that will remain: the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a (Junior) Project Engineer for Surveying and Alignment (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG in the major project ABS 38 at our location in Munich.

Your tasks:
  • Monitoring and controlling of surveying basic services (track geometry, fixed point field, documentation, etc.)
  • Surveying advisory function, including direct interface to all services provided within the BIM methodology
  • Management, planning, and monitoring of tenders for surveying services (conventional surveying, aerial surveys, multi-sensor systems, etc.)
  • Active consultation and support for all sections of the Daglfinger and Trudering curves and ABS 38 in surveying and track geometry topics
  • Control of dynamic and track geometry tests
  • Independent development of alignments for independent processing of variant studies
  • Consultation and support for necessary safety measures in the context of surveying services
