Tasks that you will enjoy:

  • Business partner for all personnelrelated questions of the management and assigned areas
  • Coaching and support of managers in the area of futureoriented leadership skills
  • Consulting of managers in all personnelrelated questions
  • Involvement in strategic issues
  • Planning of annual cost centers and budget planning for the German location in coordination with the VP HR, as well as regular exchange with managers
  • Together with your team, you will shape personnel support from recruiting to exit for employees
  • You will support our managers in the areas of goal setting, goal achievement, employee annual reviews, salary rounds, succession planning, talent day, budget planning, etc.
  • Accompanying change processes as well as talent and team development programs
  • Responsibility for the proper process of the entire payroll and personnel administration
  • You will be involved in crosslocation HR topics and participate
