We, FOCUS search GmbH, located in Bergisch Gladbach, are a specialized personnel consultancy focused on the retail industry. Our clients include national and international as well as regional retail companies.
Our client is a highly expanding non-food company with a wide range of products such as household goods, glassware, porcelain, office supplies, toys, seasonal items, decorations, DIY, textiles, cosmetics, cleaning products, and confectionery, with sales areas ranging from 800 to 1,500m2.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the flow and organization of goods
- Ensuring optimal and smooth processes
- Stock management and product presentation
- Implementing sales concepts
- Managing and scheduling staff
- Cooperative leadership of your team
- Controlling sales, costs, and inventory development
- Maintaining a wellpresented store appearance
- Cash register management
- Active customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a manager in the retail industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer and serviceoriented mindset
- Responsible and decisive
- Proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic
