We are looking for Home Health Aid/LNAs to join our team in Manchester, NH In this role, you will provide individuals with care and assistance as deemed necessary by plan of care, including, but not limited to: meal preparation, bed changes, taking basic vital signs and measurements, personal care as delegated and appropriate, dressing, cleaning, and more as plan of care states and licensure allow.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum eighteen (18) years of age
  • Completed an approved training program as a licensed nurse assistant
  • Able to work independently to meet the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of adults
  • Able to work flexible, varied hours in multiple locations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Compensation:
$22.00 per hour


Hours:
Part Time, up to 30 hours per week
