- Release material and paperwork to shop floor to support build of product
- Schedule jobs to be run in the order to support the assembly of units
- Close shop floor packets and complete transactions to keep WIP and FIN inventory correct
- Issue pick list to relieve inventory of raw material
- Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages
- Work with stockroom personnel to correct inventory when required
- Provide support with receiving when the need occurs
- Other non-routine assignments in keeping with the basic responsibilities of the job
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office and MRP
- High School Diploma
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong customer mindset
- Ability to coordinate workflow through the production cell
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
