YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY:

Together with the Administrative Director and the Medical Director, you are responsible for the proper management and strategic and operational control of the hospital in the hospital management, taking into account both medical and economic aspects.

You are responsible for the organization, process optimization and economic efficiency of nursing care, including the continuous, strategic and future-oriented development of the nursing and functional service, parts of the medical technical service, our nursing school for nursing professions, and other training areas such as OTA with approximately 430 employees in these areas.

The involvement of employees in upcoming change processes as well as the development of our managers is a central part of your tasks, as is personnel planning, control, recruitment, retention and development.

You set impulses for organizational development and actively promote and shape interdisciplinary cooperation in the hospital.
