Are you interested in working for a dialogue marketing agency specializing in telephone fundraising? For over 20 years, this agency has been successfully working exclusively with non-profit organizations in the fields of environmental and nature conservation, human rights, health, and national and international aid organizations.

We are looking for open-minded employees for telephone inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Telephone communication with supporters of nonprofit organizations: You not only inform them about their projects and successfully solicit planned and longterm donations, but also give the respective organization character and personality through your voice.
You actively contribute to the optimization of telephone calls by bringing in ideas to improve conversation based on conversation guidelines.
Onboarding and development of new agents.
Ensuring personnel capacities, both quantitatively and qualitatively (recruitment).

Qualifications:

Interest in the concerns of nonprofit organizations in humanitarian areas, as well as environmental, nature, and disaster protection.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in telephone work inbound or outbound.
Persuasiveness, empathy, and determination.
Reliability, honesty, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Team spirit, solutionoriented thinking, and willingness to compromise.
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities, such as personnel development.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to work flexible hours from 9am to 8pm.
