Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of credit proposals and contracts in German and English, taking into account the legal and economic conditions of international corporate clients (large companies and upper middle market)
  • Management of existing credit engagements
  • Conducting creditworthiness analyses, creating ratings
  • Examination and ongoing monitoring of collateral and financial covenants
  • Voting and initiation and execution of credit approval procedures
  • Preparation and participation in analyst conferences

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in economics
  • Knowledge of traditional banking products in corporate banking
  • Experience in balance sheet and credit analysis, as well as in commercial lending at a universal bank
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong written communication skills
  • Initiative and commitment
