Integrating School and Practice

This training program offers a strong connection between theory and practice. The vocational school will provide you with theoretical knowledge, while also preparing you for the sales-oriented tasks.

You will primarily apply your knowledge at an LBS advisory office (ideally near your place of residence), where you will be mentored and supported by experienced professionals and managers.

A several-week-long placement at a savings bank will round off your training. After completing the program, you will enter into a commercial agent relationship. Exciting and challenging tasks await you there. You will work independently and determine your own working hours and income. We are excited to meet you.
