Who are we looking for: * You develop tailored solutions and entrepreneurial options for our clients in the Bern-Mittelland region * Conduct negotiations, track offers, monitor contract management and ensure compliance with agreements * Maintain and expand our network in the Bern-Mittelland region * Establish and lead our branch in Urtenen-Schönbühl and promote sustainable development * Efficient and effective project management What you bring: * Completed degree in civil engineering from ETH/FH or equivalent * Several years of experience in project planning and implementation in civil engineering / special civil engineering * Enjoyment of consulting, acquisition and building your own network * Motivation for establishing and managing a branch * Entrepreneurial thinking and acting * Negotiation skills, independence, organization
