    Midwest Remediation and Water Out is hiring a Business Development Representative for their Sales Team as a full-time job in Fort Wayne, IN.

    As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and research potential clients. Additionally, you will develop and maintain client relationships through networking and cold calls. This individual will work directly with the Director of Marketing and General Manager.

    Family-owned and operated since 1989, Midwest Remediation is central Indiana's trusted leader in restoration and clean-up. We help families and businesses recover from disastrous situations with our water and fire damage restoration, mold removal, and disaster and trauma cleanup services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies for sales in assigned region/industry
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
    • Apply knowledge of the industry and services to meet clients' needs
    • Prepare reports regarding status of accounts and leads
    • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
