Join our team at Gratz 'Dreifaltigkeits-Krankenhaus Wesseling as the Deputy Nursing Manager for Station 4 (Interdisciplinary (Internal/Surgery) Private Ward). This position is available full-time or part-time at our location in Wesseling.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the organization and supervision of the nursing staff on Station 4
  • Contributing to a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our patients
  • Actively participating in the development, optimization, and management of work processes on Station 4
  • Serving as a point of contact for administrative and organizational tasks

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Health and Nursing Professional (m|w|d)
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in a leadership role and have completed the training to become a Practice Instructor (m|w|d)
  • Strong ability to work in a team and collaborate with different disciplines
  • Willingness to work, creativity, and the ability to work independently and take responsibility
