As a member of our team in Owyhee, NV, your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the sales team in the OEM and AFTER SALES sectors.

This includes conducting market research and analysis, acquiring new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing ones. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing targeted sales and marketing activities.

This role will also involve organizing, preparing, and participating in international and national trade fairs, as well as in-house events.

Additionally, you will play a key role in developing the ergotec brand strategy and contributing to product development in relevant working groups.

You will also be responsible for expanding and conducting training and coaching measures for the sales team.
