With the training as a machine and plant operator, I have found exactly what I am good at and what I enjoy: variety and responsibility.

Regularly, I check the systems and monitor the production process to ensure that the machines correctly manufacture our products. I independently fix minor system malfunctions, such as replacing worn parts. For larger malfunctions, I inform the operator and support them with repairs or setup processes. During the first weeks of training, I learned basic skills such as grinding, turning, and milling. This helps me better understand the technology of the systems and identify problems.

My areas of work are diverse and cover various production areas, from small machines to welding systems and large presses.

Your tasks include commissioning and operating production machines/systems.
You support the setup and maintenance of the machines.
Getting to know planned work processes is also part of your training.
During your training, you will go through our departments, including the training workshop and production, such as welding and pressing.
Quality assurance measures will also be part of your training.
You will benefit from training and courses.
