I would like to do strength exercises to tone my muscles, as I have noticed the effects of being 40 years old. I do not have a place to exercise. If possible, I would prefer a professional with experience. My ideal schedule would be 1 hour on Mondays, 1 hour on Wednesdays, and 1 hour on Thursdays. I live near Capiscol. Thank you very much.
