Description
We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the office management department in full-time in Johnson, OK.
Responsibilities:
- You will have exciting phone conversations with potential or existing customers
- You will support us in office management (backoffice and frontoffice, office purchases)
- You will act as the right hand of the management (credit card statements and travel expenses)
- Research activities and database maintenance
Easy entry as a career changer:
During the training, you will learn everything you need to know to perform the job. We will provide you with internal training and within a few weeks, you will acquire all the necessary skills. Previous experience is desirable but not necessary.
Opportunities for further development and advancement in the coming years are available.
The training period usually lasts 2-4 months.
Starting salary: 2,400€ per month (gross)
