WE ARE LOOKING FOR
For our location in Hamburg-Ottensen, we are currently seeking support for our HR team.


YOUR TASKS

  • You will take on administrative tasks in the field of personnel
  • Independent monitoring of ongoing processes (e.g. onboarding, anniversaries, or HVV tickets)
  • Contact person for employees in all administrative matters from entry to exit
  • Preparation of employment contracts, contract changes, references, and certificates
  • Maintenance and creation of personnel master data
  • Participation in HR projects
  • Continuous optimization of existing processes and workflows
  • You will be the contact person for close and collaborative crosslocation cooperation with management and our executives
  • You will shape the further development and optimization of all existing and new HR processes and strategies your creative input is desired and appreciated
  • You will support the recruitment of new colleagues and the expansion of our employer branding

YOUR PROFILE

  • What you already bring: You have some experience in HR work
  • You have a handson mentality and high selfmotivation to help shape the development of the ORENDT Group from an HR perspective
  • You have good knowledge in all relevant administrative and operational HR areas, as well as in the recruiting field
  • You see yourself as a solutionoriented, resilient, and communicative person
  • You have high social competence and a sense for dealing with people at all levels of hierarchy

Nice to have:

  • You have some knowledge in labor law, wage tax
