Our company is an independent consulting firm specializing in tax consulting, auditing, and business consulting. It was founded in spring 2007 by Dr. Bernd Fischl and Dr. Martin Trost. As a company solely owned by our partners, we are responsible for the success of numerous companies in the areas of tax, audit, compliance, and advisory. We are based in Bavaria with a national focus - for example, through our accounting and audit expertise in accordance with American law (e.g. IT audits according to SSAE 18 standard).
