In the Real Estate - Asset Management department of the REWE Group, you can expect a diverse range of tasks related to real estate. From the first signature on the lease agreement to the handover of buildings, everything is included. One thing is for sure: there are always new real estate projects to manage with us.

What you will be doing with us:

  • You have an overview of the big picture: Ensuring the commercial management of properties and leases for owned projects and commercial real estate of REWE, as well as partially leased properties of the REWE Group. This includes meeting deadlines, lease terms, and all rent payments, including commercial control.
  • You get involved: In the implementation of projects for individual sales topics in the real estate sector.
  • You are in the middle of it: Checking defect reports and forwarding them to the technical department, checking service invoices and controlling services.
  • Nothing falls behind with you: Debt management and management of service contracts.
  • We can rely on your expertise: In the creation and conclusion of all rental documents and ongoing processing of operating and ancillary costs as well as
