Our members primarily come from the construction industry, building materials industry, agriculture and forestry, building cleaning, facility management, and environmental and nature conservation sectors.

We are looking for a full-time (169 hours/month) or part-time employee to join our team at the Cologne office starting May 1, 2024.

As a Legal Protection Specialist (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include: Conducting consultations on legal protection and member services Handling legal protection cases and maintaining legal files Monitoring and meeting deadlines and reminders for legal protection Regularly updating and maintaining company and member data Assisting with works council, specialist group, personnel group, and committee work Assisting with event organization General secretarial tasks The ideal candidate will have: Completed training as a legal assistant or a comparable qualification as an employee in the field of legal protection and relevant work experience; Bachelor of Law or completed basic studies in law Knowledge of labor law is desirable Proficiency in MS Office programs and databases Excellent German language skills in speaking, writing, and style You stand out with: Strong focus on member orientation High flexibility, empathy, and communication skills Confident and friendly demeanor Willingness to work, resilience, and assertiveness Sense of responsibility Teamwork Our offer: We offer you an interesting and challenging work area,
