To further drive the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for a Software Test Manager (m/f/d) in an agile environment.

Join our Release Management team in the Social Security division full-time, with the option to work from home or in Herten, located in the heart of the Ruhr region - and advance with the market leader for municipal IT solutions.

What will be your job...

You will support teams in improving and further developing existing test automation.
You will also support our customers with their product launches through accompanying test measures, if necessary.
You will oversee operational quality assurance in the release process and take on quality control tasks.
You will be responsible for developing test concepts and strategies.
You will coordinate and plan cross-functional requirements (performance, usability, etc.) and oversee them.
You will communicate openly and effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
You will monitor quality metrics and initiate improvements.
