YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recording of reported malfunctions via phone and in writing
Execution, support, and monitoring of revision, migration, malfunction, and order processes
Recording and processing of reports on behalf of internal and external customers
Recording of malfunctions using SAP
Forwarding of malfunctions to the corresponding service technician
Monitoring of order processes
