Your future responsibilities:

  • As an appraiser (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the marketbased valuation of collateral objects in predominantly institutional lending business
  • This mainly involves special properties, whose market and collateral values are determined according to BelWertV
  • You will be responsible for organizing and conducting property inspections and subsequently preparing and documenting the results
  • Independently, you will prepare and create complete value indications and full appraisals in accordance with BelWertV
