To expand our project team for a globally operating insurance group, we are looking for you to join FMgo GmbH of SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as a PROJECT MANAGER ENERGY MANAGEMENT (M/F/D) starting immediately.

Working hours: Full-time, part-time PROJECT MANAGER ENERGY MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS:

Management of HVAC projects, taking into account deadlines, costs, and quality
Coordination and participation in energy management projects
Development and implementation of energy efficiency measures
Monitoring and optimization of energy consumption
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Budget planning and cost control
Reporting and documentation of project progress
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree in engineering or a related field
Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the field of energy management
Knowledge of technical building equipment and energy management systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel
