Your daily routine
- recruiting applicants from various networks and platforms
- providing telephone and personal support and advice to current clients, as well as expanding cooperation through acquisition
- independent preparation of offers and responsible negotiation of contracts
- planning and managing personnel assignments while adhering to labor and social security regulations
- documentation and maintenance of employee and client data


What you bring to the table
- a completed commercial education with professional experience in the personnel services industry, or you are a career changer with a passion for sales
- strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
- a high level of organizational skills
- commitment, flexibility, and reliability
- good MS Office skills
- fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, and at least basic knowledge of English
- driver's license class
