As a project manager in online marketing (m/f/d), you are responsible for organizing our client projects and the online marketing team.

Your main task is to ensure that our clients' advertising campaigns are implemented efficiently, on time, and strategically optimized.

As a project manager in online marketing at Beautyholic, your main focus is on developing and optimizing our advertising campaigns

Your responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing creative advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, targeted at acquiring potential customers for beauty salons.
Continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns to achieve continuous improvements for our clients.
Maintaining proactive customer contact through various communication channels such as WhatsApp, phone, and Zoom.
Conducting live calls on specific topics to improve the customer experience.

In addition to these tasks, strategic planning aspects are an important part of your role:

You coordinate the fulfillment team, including meeting deadlines and strategically aligning campaigns.
You identify and implement process optimizations within the team to increase efficiency and minimize errors.
You lead the strategic alignment of advertising campaigns, bring innovative ideas, and adjust campaigns based on your experience and analysis of campaign results.
