With our high school program, you will be prepared for a leadership position at Kiron within 3 years - without a university degree.
After successfully completing your 18-month training, you will complete further training as a retail specialist (m/f/d) and then start as a store manager.
You will manage the flow of goods in the store as well as inventory and control.
You will support our customers in the store and provide them with active assistance.
You will work in a strong team and gain first experiences in managing employees.
