Your tasks:


  • Introduction to application management processes in the SAP environment
  • Handling error messages within the support process
  • Support in the conception, planning, and execution of projects (e.g. release changes)
  • Collaboration in the continuous expansion of customer-specific processes
  • Introduction and implementation of customizing in customer systems
  • Support in the creation of system and process documentation
  • Assistance in the development of training materials
