We are currently seeking a HR-Payroll Specialist for our client, a global and leading company in the food industry, located in Brockton, MT.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for independently creating and verifying payroll and ensuring a smooth process
You will also handle reporting and certification processes and correspond with authorities and health insurance companies
Additionally, you will maintain employee data and records, as well as process and manage all relevant data for payroll
You will also act as a point of contact for employees, answering questions about company pension plans and managing their administration
Furthermore, you will record absences, create reports and statistics for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lastly, you will handle salary garnishments and create personnel statistics

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You have successfully completed a commercial education or business studies and have gained experience in the HR field
Ideally, you have knowledge of tax, labor, and social security laws
You are proficient in common office programs, such as Excel, and have experience with DATEV or a similar payroll software
You possess strong teamwork and communication skills and are flexible
