Tasks- Independent consulting of customers on all technical and contractual issues in collaboration with the account managers in the back office
- Taking over and managing a fixed customer base
- Efficiently solving complex risk and contract issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to shape the sales process
- Managing complex claims, including onsite visits
- Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on insurance/finance
- Indepth knowledge of commercial insurance products and the insurance market
- Sales and customeroriented mindset, as well as analytical and processoriented skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
