We are looking for a PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSIONAL FOR OUR CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL GROUP IN JENGEN / WEICHT TO SUPPORT THE TEAM IN THE FOLLOWING TASKS ON A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME BASIS:

  • Accompany and support 7 young people (m/f/d) between the ages of 6 and 14 in their development
  • Everyday life management in all aspects of daily life such as leisure activities, scheduling and accompanying appointments
  • Promote the implementation of individual support planning and defined objectives of the measure in a respectful and patient manner
  • Provide young people with a stable and reliable framework in which they are offered attachment and support
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Participation in teams, support planning meetings and committees

YOU BRING:

  • A relevant qualification as an educator, special needs educator, social pedagogue, social worker or similar
  • Experience in working with children and young people
  • Empathy, patience and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work in a team and participate in meetings and discussions
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)"
