Description
Your tasks:
- Washing and cleaning of work equipment, dishes and cutlery
- Cleaning of the kitchen area, refrigerators, floors and ancillary rooms
- Storing of goods deliveries
- Preparation and cooking of individual supplementary dishes
- Portioning of food
- Breakfast preparation
- Serving of food in the staff canteen, including operating the cash register for cashless payment
- Distribution of hot and cold food in large containers into food transport carts
Your profile:
Desirable qualifications:
- Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility and teamwork skills, as well as willingness to cover for staff shortages
- Experience in the field of communal catering
- Ability to handle physical demands (e.g. carrying and lifting larger objects)
- Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken
