Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing the secretariat
- Answering the telephone, handling correspondence/daily mail, scheduling appointments, booking/travel expenses
- Financial accounting/controlling (liquidity planning) with feedback to management
- Preparation of payroll/accounting (software) for the tax office
- Handling personnel matters
- Supervising current apprentices (no trainer certificate required)
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship and professional experience in office management
- High sense of responsibility, discretion, and reliability
- Organizational and communication skills, as well as independent and conscientious work
- Poise and calmness during busy work periods
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
