We are looking for teachers in the sports and fitness field (m/f/d) who can stand on the teaching floor as both main and assistant teachers, ensuring that our members are guided in the field of martial arts.


A teaching unit lasts 30-60 minutes and your task is to show maximum appreciation to the children and adults during this time, to create maximum enthusiasm and to create a positive atmosphere for both adults and children.

Our goal is to inspire and retain our members in the long term. Your tasks also include conducting consultation meetings to attract new potential members.

This is done by convincing them that you and your colleagues can help them develop their skills to the best of their abilities.


  • Sympathy for children, teenagers, and adults
  • Enjoyment of communicating and persuading people
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Perseverance, discipline, and willingness to learn
  • Clear expression in German, both orally and in writing
