    Integrated Dermatology Group is a prominent national dermatology practice that collaborates with dermatology practices throughout the United States.     Job Description
    • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor on the phone and during patient interactions.
    • Handle phone calls and appointment scheduling efficiently.
    • Digitally scan important documents.
    • Validate insurances and review referrals.
    • Complete prior authorizations for specific procedures.
    • Check patients in and out for appointments, ensuring accurate demographic details.
    • Collect co-pays and outstanding balances.
    • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities.
    • Be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
    • Proficient in computer usage and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
    • Have access to reliable transportation.
    • Enjoy multitasking and thrive in a team environment.

    Job Type:

    • Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service roles.
    • Prior work as a medical receptionist is advantageous.

    Education:

    Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
