Your responsibilities
- Planning and implementing real estate construction projects as the client
- Conducting preliminary discussions with internal and external project participants
- Coordinating plans between approval and supervisory authorities
- Creating tenders and performance specifications for planning and construction
- Managing service providers during the implementation phase and monitoring planning services
- Monitoring deadlines, quality, and costs in the planning and construction process
What you bring
- Completed degree in civil engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex technical construction projects
- Sound knowledge of project management
- Experience with project platforms
- Willingness
