Your tasks:

You will work closely with the daycare center management
You will work together with the daycare center management to distribute tasks in order to ensure optimal organization of the center
In case of absence, you will take on the pedagogical and personnel management of the daycare center
You will be responsible for leading your group (kindergarten area)
You will actively participate in the conceptual design and further development of the facility

Your qualifications:

An accredited pedagogical education, such as a state-recognized educator
Ability to work in a team, handle conflicts and communicate with children, colleagues, parents and authorities
Independent and responsible work ethic
Flexibility and sense of responsibility

Our offer:

We offer a full-time position (39 hours/week) according to the provisions of the collective agreement for public service employees - TVöD / VKA version.
