In our dynamic team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who will work as a loan pool coordinator and also in first-level support and customer support.

The position is available for 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

50% Loan Pool Coordinator:

Coordination and management of the loan inventory, from request to export declaration
Commercial processing of the loan process, including scheduling
Warehouse logistics, from management to shipment preparation
Inspection and evaluation of loan items for completeness and functionality

50% First-Level Support / Customer Support:

Telephone and written support for international end customers and business partners
Technical advice and assistance for customer inquiries
Commercial processing of the service process
Coordination and communication with other departments such as service workshop, development, and sales support
