Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a locksmith/mechatronics technician/electrical installer as a skilled worker for overhead lines (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Karlsruhe location.

We will train you internally for the overhead line department while paying you a full salary.


Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining our overhead line systems
  • This includes independently carrying out inspection and maintenance work on overhead line systems (e.g. chain hoists, overhead line masts, switching control devices)
  • You will also ensure the reliable execution of troubleshooting work and independently document your work results and order feedback
  • The work begins and ends at a central base at the Ludwigshafen location
  • You will go through an internal qualification program and regularly attend further training

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a locksmith, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, electrician, electrical systems installer, or a comparable qualification in a similar field
  • You already have some professional experience and are also willing to acquire basic electrical knowledge
  • You enjoy physically demanding work, like working outdoors, and are comfortable working at heights
  • Working in shifts is not a problem for you
  • A valid class B driver's license completes your profile.
