We are looking for Telephone Customer Advisors, Sales Agents, Call Center Agents, and Telephone Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Indian Falls, CA.

As a Telephone Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for our sales department, you will have the following responsibilities:

Customer consultation
inbound and outbound
Telephone communication (B2B)
Preparation and processing of offers
Customer care for existing clients (B2B)
Email and fax processing

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team
Friendly demeanor
Sales experience preferably in telephone sales
Loyalty
Efficient and fast working style
Knowledge of PC applications and office programs
Fluent in German

Benefits:

Fixed salary (negotiable, minimum 2000€ 2300€) plus uncapped bonus (average of in the first quarter), with the possibility of increasing salary and bonuses upon reaching quarterly goals
Pleasant office in 10117 Berlin (near S-Bahn station Friedrichstraße)
Working hours from Monday to Thursday 08:30 16:45, and Friday until 15: hours)
