YOUR TASKS

Conducting 1st and 2nd level support
Troubleshooting and initiating escalation measures
Processing tickets in a ticket system
Supporting and advising customers in the Active Directory area

YOUR PROFILE

Completed technical vocational training, for example as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, IT system management assistant, or equivalent qualification
First professional experience in technical user support
Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications and Windows operating systems
High level of communication and organizational skills, as well as a serviceoriented and reliable work style
