YOUR TASKS

  • Conducting 1st and 2nd level support
  • Troubleshooting and initiating escalation measures
  • Processing tickets in a ticket system
  • Supporting and advising customers in the Active Directory area

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed technical vocational training, for example as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, IT system management assistant, or equivalent qualification
  • First professional experience in technical user support
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications and Windows operating systems
  • High level of communication and organizational skills, as well as a serviceoriented and reliable work style
