The Position:

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for guests and colleagues
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assisting with meeting preparations
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth technology operations
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure office functionality
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules
  • Arrange international travel, often across different time zones
  • Process expenses
  • Regularly communicate and work with global offices
  • Provide support for local events as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
