Kincora is currently seeking an Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) for Hospital Information Systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing second level support for systems in the medical field for our facilities
Consulting and supporting departments and key users in the clinical application environment
Ensuring the implementation of application and processspecific requirements and projects in our facilities
Administering and supporting software products in physical and virtual environments
Gathering and detailing business requirements
Developing solutions for specific business problems/requirements
Coordinating the technical development of the M-KIS and its subsystems
Managing service providers for the implementation of solution architectures

Your profile should include:

A degree in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics or a comparable qualification
Alternatively, experience as an M-KIS key user with a medical/nursing/administrative background in a hospital and a strong interest in IT
Excellent knowledge of the M-KIS application and administration of hospital information systems
Knowledge of clinical and administrative processes in a medical facility and the necessary IT infrastructure
Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in the IT field of a medical facility
Experience in developing solution architectures
First experience in managing service providers is desirable
Social competence, a high level of accuracy, service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork
Analytical thinking, structured working method
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
