Responsibilities:
Join our team and be our guarantee for satisfied employees. Use your tact, reliability, and organizational skills to tackle the daily challenges of personnel work. Support our personnel management team as a Personnel Officer (m/f/i) at our Bad Homburg location.

Your tasks:

will be responsible for comprehensive personnel management, taking into account all legal regulations and guidelines, including processing of new hires, transfers, and departures, as well as determining appropriate salary levels.

will support and advise employees and managers on social security, labor law, and collective bargaining issues.

r responsibilities will also include preparing payroll, including travel expense reports, as well as managing certificates and creating interim and final references.

will also be responsible for recording and monitoring absences in the payroll and scheduling program, as well as corresponding with health insurance companies, authorities, and other external clients.
