Responsibilities / Main tasks

  • Supporting users in Germany and abroad regarding IT applications, system landscape, and disruptions
  • Managing tickets for hardware and software disruptions
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing or coordinating first and second level support
  • Installation of notebooks and ongoing maintenance of required components via Microsoft Intune
  • Point of contact for technical issues for departments and employees
